Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. YokoCasino processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as detailed on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise stated:
- Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount only
- The standard wagering requirement is 35x
- Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited
- A maximum stake of £5 per spin or hand applies while a bonus is active
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements
Misuse of Bonuses
Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or employing low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.
